This was our first time building, and being our retirement home we had our reservations, but your company came highly recommended by my niece who built with you six years ago, and I must say we were not disappointed. To start with we were impressed with your standard list of inclusions, but were also very grateful you could accommodate a custom build with our design choices and finishes, so the end product was exactly what we had envisioned. Once started, the build time was surprisingly quick, and the build quality was excellent. Scott, our site foreman, was fabulous! It was obvious to us in our dealings with Scott, that he cared about the end product and us as customers, making sure we were happy with everything along the way. He checked in with us from time to time to confirm or double check some of the finer details or finishing touches, and we felt very confident in the build with Scott overseeing the project. Our site was always left neat and tidy and the tradesman we encountered on some of our visits were always friendly and polite. Peter, you gave us a build quote at the beginning and I’m happy to say there were no nasty surprises along the way. This really does speak volumes as the only add ons were from upgrades we chose or requested ourselves and were happy to pay for.
